Why it matters
The CircuPool CORE55 55,000 gal Salt Chlorine Generator is a salt chlorine generator rated for pools up to 55,000 gallons. With the usual headroom it suits pools of about 44,000 gallons in normal use, or 36,700 gallons in a hot climate or with heavy use.
Stated chlorine output: 2.0 lb of chlorine per day. A cell must match its control board's model; salt cells typically last about 3 to 7 years and wear faster when run at high output.
