Why it matters
The Solaxx Saltron Salt Water System is a salt chlorine generator rated for pools up to 20,000 gallons. With the usual headroom it suits pools of about 16,000 gallons in normal use, or 13,300 gallons in a hot climate or with heavy use.
A cell must match its control board's model; salt cells typically last about 3 to 7 years and wear faster when run at high output.
The listing gives a weight of 2 pounds.
Warranty, per the listing: 1 Year Manufacturer Warranty.
